Increasing Wellness is much more than merely physical health, exercise or nutrition. It is the full integration of states of beauty, physical, mental and emotional well-being. Each of these dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to our own Quality of Life.

Aziz Fortune

Aziz Fortune (Hout Bay). I’ve always had a keen interest in HEALTH and the ANCIENT WISDOM of SELF HEALING.

I never realised that discovering different healing modalities and empowering people to transform their LIVES by INCREASING their HEALTH and WELLNESS would be so fulfilling.

My early studies found me becoming an accountant and later a business owner.  Having attended numerous directed alignment, reflexology, acupuncture and other alternative healing sessions, this piqued my interest in natural healing.

Health has always been a positive drive in my life and I started running, completed many marathons and along the way assisted fellow runners with massages and sports injuries.

My decision to practice on a full time basis has made me realise that this vocation is my calling card to help others.
